iPostAd SafeList Rules

We have very few rules, however they will be enforced. We will not tolerate anyone abusing our lists, listmembers and/or list owners in any way, shape or form.

We have found that most rules on safelists are basically the same. With that in mind, we have laid out the following for the use of iPostAd.

iPostAd will not hesitate to remove and revoke your submitter membership and privileges, if it is a violation of these safelist rules and/or our Terms Of Service, you will be removed WITHOUT REFUND - no exceptions.

iPostAd — What is a SAFELIST — SAFE EMAIL MARKETING

iPostAd is a web-based safelist submitter. This means that when you join our program you are opting in to receive the safelists emails from each individual safelist found within the submitter. This makes our program Double Optin, since You AGREE when you join to receive emails from SAFELIST MEMBERS listed in the submitter. Our system will AutoJoin you, HOWEVER, you MUST verify your email address to each list in order to send your emails out through those individual lists. You can not refer to any of the safelist emails as spam. If any spam complaint arises, from any of our members of iPostAd, full legal action will be taken. We take pride in providing a "SAFE" Marketing program for our members!

The following email addresses listed in the pull down box are NOT ALLOWED as a list or contact email address on the majority of the safelists found within the iPostad submitter.

This list is provided by the safelists found in iPostad safelist submitter. We do not create the banned list but we do follow it for your own benefit and also to create less issues for the safelists with bouncing. We will not setup an account if it is using a banned email address. We do this, because we want to ensure your iPostad account works correctly, if you are using a banned email address, you will not get the full benefit of the iPostad safelist submitter. Please make sure NOT to use a banned email address. Thank you!

All email addresses provided by you are tested manually to ensure there are no issues including spam verification emails and autoresponders. Please ensure you are not using a banned email address or you will experience delays in our customer service creating your account.

The email addresses listed in the banned email address list create TOO many bounced emails and stress on the safelists found within the submitter and most time emails are not received from safelist servers to these email addresses. Many of the above email addresses have spam filters which causes emails to bounce back immediately. You will NOT have any problems with the validation process or safelist accounts when you sign up with a RELIABLE Email address. You need to ensure that your email account has at least 100MB storage, is pop3 and also is not on the banned list.

We do not accept using GMAIL for your email address. This is due reports from CURRENT ipostad members stating that Gmail Pop3 Does not work with ipostad. Also, due to Google's TOS on automated scripts, we will not use our autovalidation system on any gmail account. If you use an email account including Gmail that does not have pop3 access, you will have to Validate all Safelists Manually for the list and contact email address. This requires clicking all validation links manually.

The other option is if you have a domain you should be able to setup two email addresses with your domain to use with the iPostad system. * .WS domains and domains hosted with godaddy excluded.

Another affordable option if you have your own domain is to setup a shared website hosting account. Having your own domain is very affordable at around $10 per year. Once you have your domain you need to get it setup to use with email addresses, start creating your website and building your presence on the internet. To do that you need to have a reliable hosting company that give you the tools you need to setup a website at a low cost, have the ability to create email addresses for your domain and good customer service. NO USING OF SAME EMAIL ADDRESSES We require you to NOT use the same email address for your list and contact email address. This is to make sure that the safelist owners and ourselves can always reach you, as sometimes list email addresses do bounce or go inactive.

YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE SOLO ADVERTISEMENTS These solo advertisements will be sent out from individual list owners to your contact email address. Not all safelist owners do this. BUT for those that do and have this stated in their rules, when signing up for these safelists through our submitter, you AGREE to receive these advertisements. You can not report these solo emails from the safelist owners as spam, as you are AGREEING to receive this with your said membership to the safelists. If you do decide to take this action, full action will be taken on our part and the safelist owner.

YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE MEMBER UPDATES Member updates will be sent by iPostAd to your contact email address. Member updates will also be sent from the individual safelist owners. With your membership to any safelist found within our submitter, by joining you are agreeing to receive these updates and can NOT refer to them as spam

NO SPAM FILTERS INCLUDING SPAM TERMINATOR Spam filters are NOT permitted on your CONTACT or your LIST email address. This includes: Spam Terminator. Spam Terminator replies once to an email received with an advertisement and this email is also used to verify that the sending email address is valid. This then creates an autoresponse with advertisement, which is not allowed.

AUTORESPONDERS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN Anyone using an autoresponder will have their account terminated and will loose all outstanding commissions. NO Second chances, this is your ONLY warning on this matter. This is to keep the list responsive and clean. This includes any autoresponder domains (Getresponse,freeautobot,sendfree,smartreply etc)

SPAM BLOCKING EMAIL ADDRESSES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN Anyone using an spam blocking email address will have their account suspended. As program owners our emails to you must go through without us having to verify we are a real person!! (spamarrest, mailblock etc)

NO DISHONEST SUBJECT LINES
Do NOT put ADMIN in your email subject line

"Remove!!"
"Account cancelled"
"Your Account Has Been De-Activated"
"From Admin"
"Congratulations you won free software"
"Admin - Your Confirmation Required"

"URGENT - You Must Confirm Your Free Position Now !"
"Your commission check"
"You've made another commission!"
"From Your Sponsor"
"I joined your downline"
"Activate your account, please"
"Validation Required"
These are just a few subject lines that have been sent out. We take pride in helping others learn how to market correctly. Honest marketing will get you far.. misleading the other members will get you no where. Your subject ad MUST relate to your email ad. Do not trick members into opening your ad.. most times when you do trick them they will just delete your email anyways.

NO MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS - One PAID account per person

If your mail bounces then your accounts on many of the safelists will be temporarily suspended until you provide an account that mail can be delivered to. Please keep your inboxes clean. The iPostAd submitter will NOT be able to submit your ad if your account is on vacation/away mode.

NO begging/panhandling emails allowed. We like to think of these safelists as business lists for our members and advertisers, with this in mind, we respectfully ask that members do not send out "begging/panhandling" emails. We do not know of your personal circumstances, nor can we or will we ask you to verify your personal situations. This will be enforced to protect our members and our safelist.

SPAM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Anyone found spamming will have their account terminated and they will loose all commissions due. You will also be held responsible for any costs incurred by us.

Please do NOT respond to another members' ad with your own ad. Only respond if you are truly interested in what THEY are offering and you desire more information. Responding to an ad with an ad is the height of rudeness and whether you believe it or not, it is spam. They are already receiving your ads on the individual lists.

NO PORNOGRAPHY, ADULT Biz Opps (OF ANY KIND), RACIST or HATE mail

Any member attempting to harass, threaten or send any harmful messages to anyone within any of the safelists will have their membership terminated immediately.
