By Filling Out The Signup Form You Acknowledge That You Have Read The Terms and Conditions, Understand, and Agree With Them.
1. Joining the Program
By filling out the signup form you will automatically become an affiliate and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on products purchased by direct customers referred by yourself.
2. Revocation of Affiliate Status
Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
- Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks)
- Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...)
- SPAM - Sending unsolicited email messages, including the sending of "junk email" or other advertising material to individuals who did not specifically request such material, who were not previous customers or with whom the sender did not have an existing business relationship ("E-mail spam"). iPostad.com reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion and based on the information available (1) what constitutes spam as well as (2) what measures are necessary in response to spamming complaints.
- Each verified spam complaint is subject to a $250 fine. (1)Your iPostad Affiliate Account REMOVED (2) Assistance with any litigation resulting, example would be assisting by providing your IP Address to the litigant and our full cooperation with all State and Local Authorities (3) All Commissions will be revoked (4) You will be held responsible for any costs incurred by us due to verified spam complaint.
- Unauthorized use or forging of email header information in relation to promotion of your iPostad affiliate URL.
- Bulk email advertising is NOT permitted when promoting and or advertising your iPostad Affiliate URL. This includes sending email to any list of users via a bulk mailer, any list you have purchased or harvested or any type of list that has not opted in and given DIRECT CONSENT to receive your emails.
- Traffic Exchange use with affiliate URLs is NOT permitted due to the excessive resources lost, abuse of network servers by traffic exchanges and "crazy browser" used by traffic exchange members, no affiliate may use these programs as part of their promotion of the iPostad affiliate program.
3. Affiliate Links
You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions in 2.
4. Affiliate Tracking
When a web surfer clicks through your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your affiliate username. Also, their IP address is tracked in the database along with your affiliate name. When this person decides to buy a product, the script will look for this cookie and/or try to match their IP address to identify the affiliate who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through your affiliate link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or the are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database.
5. Terms of the agreement
These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

6. Liability
We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
7. Commissions
a) Monthly Residual
You will be paid monthly referral fees for any PAID Monthly Ipostad membership signups you directly refer. First level is 30% - Second level is 15%.

b) Yearly Residual
You will be paid yearly referral fees for any paid yearly ipostad signups through two levels.

c) You will NOT receive affiliate commission on any accounts bought by yourself, family/friends in same household or your company. If any monthly subscriptions payments fail or are cancelled, you will lose your commissions for that sale, in other words, no recurring commissions on cancelled sales.
d) Affiliate payments will be paid out monthly on or before the 25th of each month with a minimum commission value of $25. If you do not reach the minimum amount of $25, the commission is held over to the next month and will be paid out once commission reaches $25. If a referred account was refunded or money was reimbursed or chargebacks incur, we have the right to deduct the appropriate commissions.
8. Multiple Affiliate Accounts - TOS Violations
Each person and/or company may hold only ONE iPostad affiliate account. Multiple affiliate accounts are forbidden and if found, any subsequent affiliate accounts created after original account will be removed. If violation continues, all affiliate accounts will be removed and any commissions and/or referrals will be forfeited.
Once your affiliate account is created, in your affiliate members area, you will be directed to the instructions on how to complete this requirement.
9. Important Tax Payer Identification Requirement
A requirement of the IRS is for a company to have on file verified tax payer identification information for any affiliate that a company owes commissions to for the corresponding year. In order to receive commissions that are owed, a current W9 must be on file with our company for all US citizen affiliate accounts. This form is not filed with the IRS, but instead is required to be on file with our company for information purposes.
